Our Premium Lawn Soil is 100% weed-free and does not contain any topsoil; this is both to ensure consistency but also to prevent contamination from any weeds or other seed present in topsoil. It is a blend of screened washed sand, aged compost and bark, loam and added nutrients designed especially for grass germination and growth. Each batch of our Premium Lawn Soil undergoes quality assurance testing, including grass seed germination and growth trials, to ensure it performs as intended.
